Returns and Overseas Orders (Outside Singapore)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Overseas Orders (Outside Singapore)
All Cost Including Freight (CIF) calculated at our online store checkout does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) of your home country - you may be required to pay for your own VAT at your local post office with amount dependent on the amount of purchase. Inability to fulfil your local VAT for your purchase from our online store is not a valid reason for refund.

If you are an overseas customer, please check your items before you agree acceptance from the postal officer. If items arrives damaged, do not accept items - instead reject the items in the presence of the postal officer. Your items can then be processed for exchange or refund when items gets back to us.

If you have accepted the items from the postal officer and would like to ship items back to us for specific reasons, freight charges (Air mail with tracking number back to us - we only accept this) will have to be borne by you. 

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
