The Compass headset is the most updated product offering designed by COLUMBUS to be used with their range of carbon forks. The Compass range of headset, mainly designed for road, cyclocross and track use comes with titanium and ceramic bearings.

Both COLUMBUS Tubes and COLUMBUS Carbon Labs recommend the use of models belonging to the Compass family on all their carbon frames and forks and on steel bicycles equipped with COLUMBUS tubes.

COLUMBUS Tubi is a manufacturer of steel tubing used in bicycle frames. Located in Settala, in the Province of Milan. The company was founded in 1919 by A.L. Colombo and was taken over by Colombo's youngest son, Antonio, in 1977.
